Mo was awesome! He explained all the benefits, drawbacks and strategies that I should consider when making such a big decision. We spoke about my rentals, about my equity, about other family members and what would be the best and safest way to move forward. I feel like he helped to set proper expectations even though it was not what i wanted to hear.
